About us

Origins

The Possibilities is an initiative that was founded in the city of Delft in The Netherlands. Its goal is to create a platform for the young creatives living in this old-fashioned and conservative city. On this platform, the creatives can learn to express themselves more, meet and inspire other creatives and cooperate to pull off bigger projects and achieve their dreams. This way we wanted to show the hidden talents that our old city had to offer.

The Power of Clothing

So what's up with the "clothing" in the url? Fashion is just one of the ways we like to express ourselves. Although the fashion industry can be nasty, environmentally and sociologically, we think that it also has a beautiful side. Like the feeling of wearing that new shirt you've been waiting for for so long or meeting someone who is into the same unknown brand as you. This happiness can create a connection between people, age, cultures and much more.

What we stand for

However, as already stated, (fast) fashion can also be short-lived and polluting. That's why we try to be as sustainable as possible. More on this can be found on our page about sustainability.
Fashion can also create a gap between the rich and poor. We try to keep our prices low and deliver high quality so everyone gets value for their money.
Lastly, we're not in this industry to solely make consumers consume even more. We want to use fashion as one of the many ways of expressing ourselves. Therefore we try to spread a message with every piece we sell. We want to use fashion as a mechanism to connect people, make people express themselves and create new possibilities.
