Shipping Rates
We tend to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.
Local bike delivery within Delft and Rotterdam (North) is charged €2.50.
Other orders will be shipped as a letterbox package, costing €4.90.
Shipping of orders above €100 is free of charge.

All orders outside NL but within EU cost €12,95.
Due to legal issues we don't offer shipping outside the EU yet.

Order Processing
In most cases, we will ship your order the same day.
However, since this is not always possible, please allow up to 5 business days to process our orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number or an order confirmation via email. For orders, please allow 1-2 days to arrive once shipped for domestic shipments and an additional 3-5 days for international shipments. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
